Although we currently only have room for 1 or 2 apprenticeships a year we are always on the lookout. If you are keen, have a good attitude, honest, & want to learn then please apply. We can teach all there is to know about heating systems but cannot instil good values so these are our only requirements.
Some practical experience of being able to hold a drill/tools is always helpful but having some get up & go is more important to us. The salary, holiday, & sick pay will be in line with the current government guidelines for apprenticeships depending on age. The position is full time Monday to Friday with a day release for college to achieve your required qualifications. Travelling to college will be at your own responsibility but government support may be possible & we can help with this application. As your experience & skill set grows the salary & benefits will increase accordingly. Once qualified you will move up to ‘Improver’ engineer & the focus moves towards building your confidence & experience with support from the team. There is no set time limit to move through this process. It is down to each individual & how much they want to progress.
